Booking Policy


Apex Mountain Lodge (Below Terms are for bookings made with us directly. If you have booked through Air Bnb, please refer to their booking rules as they are different)

Deposit: At time of booking a 1-night deposit will be charged. (**please see below for Group Booking Terms)

Payments: Full payment will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival.

Refunds and Cancellations: To receive a full refund, bookings must be canceled at least 30 days before check-in. Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled fewer than 7 days before check-in are 100% non-refundable.

Rates: Rates are based on maximum capacity and rates are in Canadian dollars plus taxes and fees.

Minimum age limit: The minimum age to rent a unit is 25 years old. Photo ID will be checked upon arrival. Each adult must be over the age of 25, except for team events/and in a family group containing multiple generations of related individuals. Some exceptions may apply.

Damage Deposit:

Apex Mountain Lodge: Upon check-in, all guests are required to provide the credit card used for their booking as a security deposit pre-authorization of $250 per unit. Please note a pre-authorization is not an additional charge, but rather a hold on funds as a security deposit which is then released back on your credit card following check-out.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided, please let our staff know if you need additional linens or supplies and we would be pleased to assist.

Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  

Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana are strictly not permitted in rooms, or outside of the property. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500 fumigation charge.

Check-In Time: Check-in time is between 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm.  Checkout Time: 10:00 am Check-in between 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Please note: Apex Mountain Lodge is keyless and does not have a front desk attendant 24/7. You will be provided with a key code prior to check-in time via the email provided at the time of booking.

Pet Policy: Apex Mountain Lodge we have a few pet-friendly rooms, all other rooms are pet-free.  We welcome our guests traveling with a cat or dog (under 80 pounds). Maximum 2 pets. No other pets or animals are permitted.

Apex Mountain Lodge, One Queen Bed: $50+GST non-refundable pet fee per stay.

Apex Mountain Lodge, Family Suite: $65+GST non-refundable pet fee per stay.

Apex Mountain Lodge, 4-Bedroom Suite: $75+GST non-refundable pet fee per stay.

Pet-fee must be added at the time of booking. Pets left unattended in the house when the guest leaves the premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier. Pets must be always on a controlled leash when not inside the house. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet inside and the outside grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated. Damages caused by your pet to the guest rooms, its furnishings, outside or any other part of the house are the guest’s responsibility. Guests understand that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. The unit is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout. Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pets. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has occupied a unit.
